Black and white,

In magazines black and white photography is very popular, it's a look that can be used in any fashion situation, it is also a easy look to create on anybody. The look below was created by our demonstrator for that day

So if you wanna now how to recreate this look read ahead

So what do you do first is the usual prep of the skin and then use a slightly shimmery liquid highlighter (like Kryolan Event foundation in Pearl or MAC Strobe Cream) mixed with a dewy non mat foundation and buff into the skin to give that flawless complexion. Conceal anywhere that needs concealing like under the eyes, any blemishes you know the drill, then powder only the t- zone as you don't want to lose any of the dewiness in the skin from the base but still just enough powder to get in to set.

Use a colourless lip balm as a highlighter I know it sounds weird but it actually works dab it on the cheekbone with your ring finger.

For contour use a matte brown shade as this will give you better shade in colourless photographs.

For the eyes I used a matte brown shade and did a neutral colour eye look for a more simple but no less workable makeup look for a colourless photograph.

For a more fun look I used black and white eyeliner (MAC Blacktrack and Kryolan  Snow) and lined the lids. I also used a dark colour on the lips to give the intensity needed.
Overall I think this look came out very well though I think my lines could be cleaner and my contour more darker so it picks up more on screen but overall I was pretty happy with the way this look turned out and I learnt some new tricks as wee so that was definitely a bonus.
