Another makeup artist

The next make-up artist I'm going to talk about is Gucci Westman, an amazing woman who grew up in Sweden and California which later on in life inspired a lot of her body of work in the make up industry because of the difference in the cultures.

Originally Westman was the International Artistic Director for Lancome before in 2008 designing the colour collection for Lancome, she has also did the make-up and styled the models for advertisements and also represented Lancome in beauty and fashion events. In 2008 she moved companies and ended up in Revlon as a Global Artistic Director where she has undertaken many of the same duties as she did in Lancome.

In this now infamous Vogue Cover Gucci did Taylor Swift's make-up, what I love about this look is how simple it is, as all it is a flawless base, slight highlight and contour, nude lips with black lined eyes, it probably wasn't simple to do but it's one of the reasons I like her work is that she makes it look simple and effortless and like this type of make-up wouldn't take long at all to do when it probably did .

This is another magazine cover Gucci has done this time staring Jennifer Lawrence on her Vanity Fair cover shoot, again this look is like a no make-up make-up look yet has a pop of colour in the lips which I like as it stops the look being too boring. I like how this look seems to have natural illumination and looks natural not heavy at all.

I like how Gucci not only does gorgeous stunning make-up but does it in a way that doesn't cover up all of her clients beauty but enhances it and makes it stand out more.
