The show I selected to do was the Tanya Taylor Spring/Summer 2015 show which featured natural looking skin with a bold brows and a bright orange-red lip,

Personally I like the natural look this gives off and I like how the bright color enhances the naturlness of the skin and how its supposed to be young and fresh.
So how do you recreate this look, we'll hang around and I'll tell you,
First, you wanna cleanse, tone and moisturise the skin. Now not only does this clean and moisturise the skin but it also can be an enjoyable experience for the client as it can be relaxing for them. I used First aid beauty products for this part as I like how their for sensitive skin and don't have anything nasty in them.
So after I prepped the skin I then used Mac face and body with some of Crowns concealer to get some light coverage on the skin and then once I was through with that I found I wasn't liking how the base looked so I then went in with a little of Mac's face and body with a buffing brush and lightly buffed the foundation into the skin.
Once I was happy with how the base was looking I began the eyes using a taupe shade from Mac and then built up the colour until there was a wash of colour of a brown tone onto the eyes, once completed with the normal base of the eyes I then went under the the brow bone with a white shadow just to add dimension and highlight to the face,
I also filled in the brows using Ben Nye pressed powder in Mink Stole and I also added mascara to the lashes.
Then I went onto the lips with a nude lip liner to neutralise some of the natural colour of the lips and help the bright colour really pop on the lips. I then mixed macs lady danger with a orange concealer to create the orangey shade that's used within the show.
For final checks I added some power to under the eyes to set and sprayed some Mac prep and prime spray too add natural dewiness back to the skin.
The final look:
I think this assessment went really well, the only thing I would change is the brows as I filled them in too dark when in the show they were more groomed and natural then heavy filling in. The lip liner wasn't the best either, the reason for this is a mix of two factors one I'm still not for steady when it comes to lip liner and I keep overdrawing them and the second my model kept laughing and talking, but I'm this industry your going to get people like this and you just have to deal with it.
I like though how I did the eyes and the skin as they reflected the look from the show really well even though I didn't use the same products the show had which was Nars Cosmetics.
