Spring/ Summer 2015 trends the rundown

The Spring Summer 2015 trends that we saw on the runway for makeup and hair from top designers such as Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren and Chloe.

This hair designed by a hairstylist called Guido for Alexander McQueen is a wet look slicked back folded not rolled chignon. The makeup was done by Pat McGrath who created this strange lacquered mask to cover the models face, the makeup underneath was a hard brown shade blended around the eye with bleached brows and flawless skin and neutral lips.

This makeup designed for Valentino by Pat McGrath (makeup) and Guido (hair) showcased clean skin with a neatural almost complemtry shade on the brow and defined brows while the hair for the look was a clean middle parting with tousled waves in a half up down do

The Giambattista Vali show looks were designed by Val Garland (makeup) and Orlando Pita(hair). The makeup was kept simple with a clean base, groomed brow with Val adding a sheen of colour to the lids and across the cheekbones while adding a gloss to the lips while the hair complemted this look with a bed head tousled low pony.

This look designed by Pat McGrath (makeup) and Eugene Souleiman (hair) was for the Stella McCartney show. The makeup was once again a clean base with a hint of the colour on the lip and a soft pink sheen on the eyes and defined brows.  The hair was crimped randomly in a few places and then smoothed back into a tight ponytail.

These looks created for the runway will affect other makeup brands who want to be able to sell to the consumer products similar to the more high priced products used in these shows so that they can recreate the look at home.
The fashion from these shows also affects other brands as high street stores will recreate similar fashions to be more budget friendly to the consumer while still letting the consumer be fashionable and up to date in the trends.
