Bright eyes even brighter string

So why the name on this post well because today we are going to clash some colours and tie string around the head (fashionably of course). This look wasn't done by me but a wonderful demo done by a friend of B( our teacher),

So how do you do this look well read ahead,

First of all prime the eyes and skin like you normally would,  then using a bright liner coloured start along the lash line and blend upwards towards the socket line and then blend this colour underneath the lash. Then fill in the brows (our demonstrator used the HD brow pallet), if you feel like the colour on the eyes is not intense enough go in with a pigment or eyeshadow with a flat brush and pack the product onto the eye to help intensify the look.
Clean up any fallout with a cotton bud or makeup wipe, wait till dryer off and then conceal and apply foundation (our demonstrator used a slightly damp sponge and dabbed and rolled the foundation on). Finally use a blush and apply up along the cheeks, add  mascara to the eyes and then an orange coloured lip and your done.

To make this a high fashion editorial look wrap bright orange string around the head this looks great in pics but kind of weird in real life.
